These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GarbSoccer mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by GarbSoccer ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

GarbSoccer is a platform for organizing local soccer groups: creating matches, drawing teams, tracking statistics, managing group payments, sharing match media, and broadcasting matches live to group members.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Administrators may create player accounts on behalf of members of their groups. You may delete your account at any time from your profile inside the app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and managed exclusively on our website. Prices, billing periods, and free trial terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and live broadcasts you share ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to the members of your groups for the operation of the Service. You must have the right to share any content you upload, including the consent of people who appear in it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, offensive, violent, discriminatory, or infringes the rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us

6. Group Administrators

Group administrators are responsible for managing their groups, including member invitations, match organization, and internal payment tracking. Payment tracking inside groups is a record-keeping tool between the administrator and players; we are not a party to those arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logo, and software, is owned by GarbSoccer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Soccer is a physical activity: we are not responsible for injuries or incidents occurring at matches organized through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
